Поведенческая «персонология»:
к вопросу личностной детерминации в бихевиоральных подходах


Вопросы, связанные с возникновением, функционированием и развитием личности, продолжают волновать исследователей, представляющих самые разные течения психологии. Не остались в стороне и представители поведенческих ее направлений. Достаточно распространенной является точка зрения, согласно которой в бихевиоризме личностной проблематикой пренебрегают, а психологию как науку вообще дегуманизируют. Такой взгляд возник не на пустом месте, он во многом справедлив в отношении классического, методологического бихевиоризма, основные принципы которого были сформулированы Дж. Уотсоном. Однако в современных подходах, продолжающих и развивающих принципы оперантной психологии (особенно «позднего Скиннера»), дело обстоит несколько иначе. И тем более личностная направленность характерна для социально-когнитивной теории, представляющей собой следующую ступень в развитии теории социального научения.
Задачей данной публикации является анализ и оценка «личностной» составляющей двух указанных версий современной психологии поведения. Упомянутая составляющая оценивается при помощи терминологии, характерной для традиционных теорий личности: «личность», «индивидуальность», «уникальность», «автономность», «последовательность», «Я» (self) и «агентность» (agency).
