Title	Problem of explanation in psychology

Abstract	The article considers the main types and features of psychological explanation, its differences from the explanation in the natural sciences. The author analyzes the relationship of scientific and ordinary psychological explanations. The "truncated" model of psychological explanation preventing it to ascend to the level of general laws is demonstrated. The author comes to the conclusion about the usefulness of reductionist explanations in psychology and that one of its main objectives is to study the superposition (overlap between) of different levels of causality.
