Аннотация
В последние годы появляются свидетельства о возрастании научного интереса к автобиографической памяти, жизненным историям и нарративным подходам к человеческому поведению и опыту. В этом контексте представляется актуальной сформулированная Дэном П. Макадамсом концепция идентичности как жизненной истории. Он утверждает, что люди в современном обществе обеспечивают внутреннее единство, согласованность целей и осмысленность своей жизни путем конструирования интернализованных и развивающихся Я-нарративов. Представление о том, что идентичность – это жизненная история, соответствует множеству важных тем в психологии развития, когнитивной психологии, психологии личности и культурной психологии. В работе автором представлен обзор и обобщающий анализ современных теорий и результатов изучения жизненных историй в таких областях, как исследования самопонимания, автобиографическая память, структура личности и ее изменения, а также сложные взаимоотношения между жизнью отдельного человека и современной организацией культуры.
