Title
From agent to personality (debates on scientific destiny of S.L. Rubinstein). Part II:
1. Crisis in psychology and scientific course of S.L. Rubinstein
Authors
Arseniev, Anatoly Sergeevich
Abstract
The text presents the philosopher's view on some of the problems of modern psychology. It is shown that science, with its base in thing – the ratio of "Subject–Object", – can not understand and think of a holistic human as person within its borders in principle. From well-known Soviet psychologists only one S.L. Rubinstein experienced the transformation of the individual, deducing him beyond the relations "Subject–Object" to relation "Man–World" opening the possibility of understanding the individual.
